1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Pacific Peptides are supplied strictly as research materials for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or supplements.

Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, or therapeutic use of any kind. They have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada or the U.S. FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a therapeutic claim.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm that you:

• Are of the legal age of majority in your province or territory;
• Are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research entity;
• Will use the products solely for lawful in-vitro research;
• Will not resell or distribute the products for human consumption.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and verification. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. A confirmed order does not constitute a guarantee of availability. This site is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where these products are restricted or prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cryptocurrency. Crypto discounts, where offered, are applied automatically. You are responsible for any network or transaction fees.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day via Canada Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping applies to orders over $350 CAD.

6. Returns & Refunds

Given the nature of our products as consumable, health-related research materials — consistent with standard industry practice for vitamins, supplements, and similar goods — all sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has shipped, whether the packaging has been opened or not. This policy protects the integrity, purity, and safety of the products we sell to all customers.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us promptly upon delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; crypto refunds are issued in the equivalent crypto value at the time of refund.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the lawful purchase, handling, storage, and disposal of these materials in your jurisdiction, and for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional requirements. You agree to handle all compounds using appropriate laboratory safety practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Products are provided "as is" beyond their published Certificate of Analysis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
