Products & Testing
How are your products tested?+
Every batch is independently third-party tested for purity (HPLC), molecular mass (LC-MS), and bacterial endotoxins (LAL) before it ships. We publish the actual Certificate of Analysis on each product page and in our Lab Results library — not just a pass mark.
What purity can I expect?+
Our specification is ≥99% by HPLC. Each batch's exact figure is published on its COA. If a batch doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship.
How do I read a Certificate of Analysis?+
Our Quality & Handling page has a full COA walkthrough. The key numbers are HPLC purity, mass confirmation, and endotoxin result — and the batch number on your vial should always match the COA you're reading.
Are these products for human use?+
No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are not for human or veterinary use and have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA. We make no therapeutic claims.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDC, and USDT on Solana or Ethereum). Every payment method earns an automatic 10% discount at checkout. All orders are processed securely through our dedicated checkout portal.

Is there a discount for bulk orders?+
Yes — a 10-pack of any single product saves 20% off the per-vial price. The option appears in the packaging dropdown on each product page.
Can I get a COA before ordering?+
Every product's current batch COA is already published on its page and in the Lab Results library. If you need a specific batch record, contact us with the product name.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?+
Canada only. We dispatch domestically — no international customs risk or seizures. We do not currently ship outside Canada.
How fast is shipping?+
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day via Canada Post Expedited (2–7 business days, fully tracked). Xpresspost upgrade is available at checkout.
Is shipping discreet?+
Yes. All packages use plain packaging with no exterior branding and a generic return address.
Is shipping free?+
Shipping is free on orders over $350 CAD. Below that, live Canada Post rates are calculated at checkout.
Storage & Handling
How should I store my peptides?+
Store sealed lyophilized vials at −20°C, protected from light. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated (2–8°C) and use within 28 days. Full guidance is on our Quality & Handling page.
How do I reconstitute a compound?+
Each product page has a live reconstitution calculator — select your vial size and solvent volume to see the resulting concentration. Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the vial wall, swirl gently, and never shake.
What do I reconstitute with?+
Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) is recommended for multi-use research — it keeps a reconstituted vial stable up to 28 days refrigerated. We sell it as an add-on.
